The kids loved the lazy river and all the pools. Check-in was a hassle due to aggressive timeshare sales tactics that wasted time. There's plenty of activities like mini-golf and a games room for family fun.

The pools are a blast, especially the lazy river – absolute fun! My room was spacious and so comfy; I never wanted to leave. The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the food was deliciously on point!

Spacious villas with full kitchens make it easy for families. Kids loved the water park and mini golf. Check-in was quite slow and annoying with the timeshare sales pressure. Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times.

The location is fantastic, with great pools and a fun arcade. The two-bedroom villas are spacious enough, but outdated and not exceptionally clean. Staff interactions were hit-or-miss; some were friendly, while others left us feeling uncomfortable, especially regarding towel use. We enjoyed the pizza restaurant, a hit with the kids, but be prepared for extra charges for many amenities. Dealing with plumbing issues and room changes was exhausting. It’s a decent spot for families, but expect some rough edges that could use improvement. Kids loved it; just manage your expectations.

The hotel is just a short drive away from all the exciting theme parks, with Disney's Animal Kingdom only about 3 km away, making it super convenient for a family day out, plus you have the West Gate Flea Market and several dining options like Paisan Pizzeria right around the corner, adding to the overall experience of exploring the area without needing to travel far. The accommodations are spacious and clean, perfect for families, but the added fees for amenities like inner tubes at the lazy river could be more reasonable.

The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the pool and lake. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. A full kitchenette made meal prep easy, complete with dishes, cookware, and a dishwasher. I appreciated the clean, functioning laundry in the unit, too. WiFi was reliable throughout the resort. breakfast arrangements were unclear, and the $30 credit felt insufficient for four people, leading to confusion at the restaurant. The large property requires transportation to navigate, which can be time-consuming due to traffic, but the amenities are impressive.

We had a full kitchen with everything we needed for our son's allergies. The pools were great for relaxing, and staff helped us out when we needed towels.

Beautiful, spacious rooms and a myriad of on-site activities make this a convenient spot for families. The renovated unit I stayed in offered a stunning view of the golf course, and the proximity to restaurants and theme parks is a significant advantage. the check-in process felt unnecessarily lengthy and was marred by aggressive sales tactics for a time-share presentation—which I found unprofessional. The cleanliness left something to be desired, particularly in the showers. While the pools and amenities are impressive, renting tubes for the Lazy River doesn't sit well, and improvements are needed for the slides. It's a worthwhile visit, but refinement is essential before I return.

The splash pad is perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, and the location is prime for dining and shopping.

Our room was equipped with ironing facilities, which came in handy for getting rid of any pesky wrinkles in our clothes. The heating and air conditioning units worked well, allowing us to adjust the room temperature to our liking. We appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, giving us a nice morning pick-me-up before heading out for the day. The sitting area was cozy, providing a comfortable spot to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The dining table came in handy for enjoying meals in the room. One thing that could be improved is the lack of a patio or garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors. It would have been nice to have a space outside to sit and soak in the sunshine. the sink area could have been cleaner, as we noticed some buildup around the edges. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and we made good use of them during our stay. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was convenient for doing a quick load of laundry. The kitchen utensils and cookware were sufficient for preparing simple meals. We made use of the flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment, although the carpeted floor could have used a bit of a refresh as it seemed a bit worn in some areas. The on-site shops and commercial services were convenient for picking up any essentials we needed.

Our unit had a beautiful view of the golf course and was updated as requested. We enjoyed the amenities like putt putt and the shuttle bus that took us around the resort easily. It was nice to have multiple pools with restaurants and activities to choose from.
The WiFi was down throughout our stay, the rooms felt outdated and lacked style, and the check-in desk staff were rude and unhelpful. The resort is vast, so having a car is necessary, and the overall experience was disappointing for our romantic escape.

I chose this hotel for its perfect location near Disney's Animal Kingdom. I was pleasantly surprised by the 4 PM check-in at Holiday Inn. The onsite dining options like River Island Grilling Company and amenities like the dining room/living room area with a sleeper sofa were fantastic.
Noisy air conditioning unit in master bedroom. Check out time not initially noticed.

Sprawling resort with tons to do - pools, lazy river, waterslides, golf, and more. Villas feel like home. Adventures at Harry Potter's world and Disney nearby. River Island Fun Zone and Boar's Head deli are highlights.
Dealing with door lock issues and extra charges was just delightful.

We hit up the Arnold Palmer golf course and rocked out at Universal Studios and Volcano Bay nearby. The Activity Center had all the vibes for cool teens like us.
More late-night party spots for us young guns would've been epic! .

holiday inn in orange lake was fantastic. the property had several pools and restaurants to choose from on site. our condo was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. the location off 192 was good for off property dining and it was close to shopping. access to all 7 pools was simply amazing. we will be coming back for our next vacation.

Lors de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, j'ai été très satisfait de plusieurs aspects. la propreté de la chambre était impeccable. De plus, la literie était vraiment confortable, ce qui m'a permis de passer des nuits agréables. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, car il était situé à proximité du centre de la ville, ce qui facilite l'accès aux commerces et restaurants. De plus, le personnel de l'hôtel était extrêmement sympathique et disponible, prêt à répondre à toutes mes questions ou demandes.
Rien n'est à éviter lors de votre séjour dans cet hôtel. Tous les aspects ont été satisfaisants.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful resort in Kissimmee. The villa we stayed in at the River Club was spacious and clean, perfect for our family as vegetarians and vegans. The property had multiple pools, which were never overcrowded, and the kitchenette in our villa had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. There were plenty of activities for kids, including a game room and children's play area. a top-notch family vacation spot!
Shuttle service was unreliable and let us down.

Great pools, lazy river, mini-golf, and regulation golf courses. Full kitchen, spacious rooms, and attentive staff. Convenient location.
